Do take care of yourself dear one. Your birds and fish and animals all need you, and we need you. I think I am failing to maintain as my years go by.

I'm glad it's not worse than it is, but hope you feel better soon.

The good news is there's something you can actually do to alleviate it...
Personally I think butter is good for it (half a teaspoon along with cream in the coffee), but it may be that keeping joints limber has nothing to do with it and I just like butter.

I am glad I was able to help a little . I also find that i can sit way too long at the computer and am trying to get up more often if it is only to walk outside and around the garden and come back in.
getting older is such fun>

Re: CCT,
One has to accept being less important than holidays to a Professional like a doctor. If it's a break or fracture, as long as your leg is pointing the right way, it will heal in ~ 6 weeks, then you won't need the doctor to poke and twist and tell you, It will be fine in about 2 weeks. Two, because it took that long to see you.

Well always nice to know the cause of ones misery. I have been aching for a fortnight the doctor wants to have a word with me, but as she has been on holiday holiday I'll have to put up with it until next Monday. Perhaps I have only broken a leg;
