Hope it stays that way also. Not good mixing commercial with residential, usually. They built an Outlet Mall a few towns over; had to redo the freeways to accommodate future traffic, modify exits, etc. One thing they couldn't change much was the size of the Coast Highway or the existing residential streets. Traffic has increased and will continue to do so. Glad I don't live there!

I suppopse it depends on who owns it, if it is anything like here one day they will try building on top of what is there.
