Re: Re: Kabu
yes, chipmunk is here. So cute with a bend in the end of the tail where the squirrel broke it in a fight. actually there are several around but this one has the best real estate ...in the garden.

Re: Kabu
Yes I keep thinking I might step on one. I think the birds eat the babies if they see them. We have four or more Jackdaws and they will eat anything. Has your little chipmunk turned up this year?

I suddenly thought of it RP. They do not seem to croak here much. Yes I would have liked to have enlarged on her dancing technigue but she slipped back into the old lands.

Re: Ciel
I expect we have acute hearing when we are young Ciel, one would think that now we cannot run as fast that we would have developed better hearing. You did expect a lot from grandpa.

In business, I have found many time to have to put up with those annoyances I could write a book about that...A very cute poem.

The tribe of frogs that lives in my "water feature" off the deck is an
incredibly noisy acapella group. I can hear them through the walls at night, even with my hearing aids in the drawer. Love the dancer poem.

I always love the froggy sounds at night, and the crickets. When I was a kid in NY, the cicadas were so loud at night I couldn't sleep. And once, at the shore, I complained of the noise of the ocean to my grandpa, and asked him to turn it off. Now, all those sounds are like a lullaby.

Sorry about the illness and the association with frogs, and your sibs. I don't mind frogs, just don't need to hear them by the hundreds. Fred Astaire and Ginger danced in the rain; perhaps she'd reconsider.

I like the thought of being made of music...and i have to work really hard to be around frogs. There are so many here in the Summer and I love how they thrive on mosquito lava but I don't like to be near them. Digging in the garden years ago, I put the fork right through a frog and there it was dying on the fork and Oh dear.
