That happened to me last week. Been messing with it ever since. I even had to buy my Free Cell game from "their store" cause I couldn't find it anywhere and that's how I relax. LOL

They got you too? Last week I was in the procees of emailing a friend of mine on my laptop, where I had 8.1. It suddenly began elbowing in, and I didn't know what to do about it at the moment - should have shut it down probably. It took hours, and I was and still am furious! I felt violated! If I didn't detest 'The Cult of Apple' even more, I would have switched! Here on my PC I still have 7, and whenever I get the message to update I tell it to f*** off...

Well it got into my computer too but I had Dell remove it and went back to my old Windows 7 but that hasn't stopped them from harrassing me still. Next time maybe I'll buy an Apple and just dump Microsoft.

i wouldn't be buying anything. I would get hold o' that Son and beg if need be to go back to where you are comfy. Internet isn't improving. Nothing is...it is just getting more complicated. good luck darlin' Oh and did the boys notice your new ear jewellery?

Well that was a bit naughty upgrading you without your permission. I am sticking to the same Windows until I am dragged off . I have got one machine with 10 on but quite honestly I have not used it at all. I think one is allowed a certain time to revert back to the older system ,but I don't know how long that will last. Anyway you do seem to being doing fine considering the shock .
