- Go to Naut’s fabulous Veggie Smoothie
I must admit I like lunch warm Naut. In suppose one could throw this in a pan and
kind of get some heat into it. Not that I would ever have the patience to formulate such a variety to achieve a perfect meal. I expect Arthur would love to do it, but I am not going to encourage him. I could cook you a tin of beans,

This sounds wonderful. (except for the avocado pit. Never tried that.)
I use both fruit and veggies in mine. I'm thinking that smoothie recipe - without the ice cubes - would make a good base for a chicken vegetable soup left to its own devices in the crockpot while I go about my nefarious plot to make people share their stories....

Hmm, a lot of pluses in the health benefit ingredient list here. I love a good smoothie, been drinking them for 20 years off and on, since when it was called juicing. Hate cleaning up after though. Must say I have never eaten an avocado pit! The original edition, "The Joy of Juicing," has, for me, some recipes I like. Kale, not yet for me...

I've never done the avocado pit. I never think about it. Just automatically toss them. I do love a good veggie smoothie and I love buttermilk.

I like low calorie Banana Smoothies, no sugar added but I do like a little scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Yours read like a cold soup so would be lovely on a hot day. No I don't much like kale or spinach but love spinach in my stew and so this would be a good way to try it.
