Well I am a bad shopper never look at the extinction date never get what I really want. I just mooch aimlessly grabbing things as I never feel hungry when I shop. I guess I could do with some intensive training. Yes not very lady-like battling over the cheapies I am glad you rose above that dilemma

Reminds me I need to go to the supermarket. I've been missing non-fat, low sodium chicken broth for several days. I didn't realize how many things I add it to.

Nobody ever talks to me at the Supermarket here. They stop Wiley to chat but I am an alien being and may infect them with the outside World. I don't mind. I come home and chat on Blogit.

Sooner or later - all paths cross at the supermarket, LOL...Not too long ago I met a squash partner there from years back. He no longer plays, and we've lost touch...Oh, and I also buy that cheap 'no-name' soup stock in boxes, found at the bottom shelf (marketing principles are the same all over, LOL), sometimes beef, sometimes chicken, always low sodium. A coup of that goes into my veggie-and-yoghurt smoothies that have become one of my lunch staples...
