Its not just seniors in AZ all states have a limit you are allowed to earn and when you go over you are removed. Everyone (senior) pays at least $121. a month unless your inmcome is low and mine went up too much

when you go over a standard montlhly income they take you off but doing it the way they did isnt right. This is a good lesson and hope all those reaching or reached retirement age are aware of this

I totally agree with you about taking a small amount every month not in a lump sum.

This Medicaid is for all people to pay for the medicare but there is a limit that you can go and I went over it . Yes its unfair for it to happen in one lump sum but as the lady told me they had to get the money I owed them. Like I did it on purpose.

Definitely not fair at all and without warning to boot. With that new development, I imagine there are many seniors in Arizona finding themselves in worse situations because of that.

Yes it is plain incompetence , they should have asked you to repay a little at a time not try to screw you for their mistake. Sadly it encourages people to be underhanded and do jobs for cash in hand payment. A bit of dog walking or baby minding,but you do that free.
How did your daughter get on any blood test results yet. I had a blood test a while ago now and when I went I asked the Doctor if it was alright. The silly old bird rambled on saying there were only twelve doctors and so many hundred patients. So I never found out and just hoped if it had been something wrong I would have been notified.

It is really unfair for the rich and powerful to do something like this and disgusts me when they get up on the podium and declare that they are the greatest country on earth BUt the bludgers that won't work are destroying the country and what is this about the rich trickling the money down to the poor. What ahppened to decency and honor and a fair life for all. The Greatest country on earth should be ashamed the a woman in her 70's is forced to work so that she can keep her little home and take her medications. I get so angry with all those wind bags.
