Re: Katray2
Ohh, thank you, so glad you liked it! I wasn't sure about this one. We all need our dreams...

Re: TAPS
Wow! That is a very generous compliment! Thank you. Sometimes, the words seem to write themselves. Other times, not so much.

You are very good at this poetry business. It seems to come so easily to you....at least to me it seems that way.

Because the skies are out there somewhere away from the troubles of this world.

Re: Nautikos
No, I was merely thinking how humankind seems to have always gazed at the skies, especially when we lose someone, as though the answer to why lies in the skies!

Re: Lanetay
I am so sorry to hear that. I know of no one who can say they have not had that happen. Perhaps my world is too small... May you have a smiling heart in the future.

Re: C_C_T
Thank you, CCT! This was not readily made. I had bits and pieces of it written since last September. They were going nowhere, so I put them together and 'fashioned it' the other evening, then almost withdrew it yesterday. To answer your question, I may have worn a flower in my hair long, long ago... :)

Some really profound lines in this poem Rpresta I am amazed that you can fashion one so readily. Just whisper, do you wear a flower in your hair?

Re: Kabu
Sometimes it is difficult to focus on what people are saying because one's mind is elsewhere. I do that also. But for me, I hear them speaking but my mind is thinking somewhere beyond the wind, and then suddenly comes the question, "So what do you think?" And it's like - "uhhh...about what?" For the life of me I have no idea what was said prior, at times.

I spend much of my life in dream State. It drives those around me nuts because I don't even here them speak and I appear so rude. Stories come to me and just very occasionally a poem. I so related to this my dear S Sisiter.
