Wise men are sometimes not so wise
"Wise and enlightened men"..... should be able to figure out what crucial things they need to study..... before they send stupid communications to ISIS. It is a fundamental problem of philosophy, good or bad, which I have been addressing in my blogs. Justice is the most important subject in the world, IMHO, and that is what I am focusing on.

GM, I think this merely demonstrates that even 'wise and enlightened men' do not acquire a knowledge of Islam by osmosis, LOL. To understand it properly, you have to study it - and I'm fairly certain he never did...
Oh, and with respect to one of your earlier comments (always welcome!) - Mark Steyn isn't a Brit, he's a Canadian...

A Sad Moment
to ponder the foolishness of supposedly wise and enlightened men, such as Ravi, who think that evil men such as ISIS would even want peace with him. If he was wrong about that, what other important things is he wrong about? Blind pacifism and foolish optimism is a poison that is a drug of suicide for the West.

My son Rusty is one who does the transcendental meditation
and is a deep thinker as you are Naut. If Sri Ravi Shankar sees the militant core of fanatic Islam as needing to be dealt with militarily, how can we disagree? Sad but true, as you said, even a military solution won't solve the whole problem.

well if they cannot be be baaten by the military...which DTrump is promising he can do should they be pushed back into the deserts of the middle east into a Ghetto like Mr Cruz would agree with. Oh but the biggest Muslim block of people live in Indonesia so that won't do either. And it is such a comfort to know that Pakistan and India have nukes pointing at each other. Actually there isn't any real answer.
