Well apart from anyone even fancying a girl in such a condition. It makes it worse to violate her body when she has no means of resisting.

I find the remark very offensive as it is written. I didn't hear it in the full context, but it seems the courts have ruled on this one, and the case in California that I recall found the young men (plural) guilty! Whether or not I agree with that, and the subsequent sentences, is another subject, considering the age(s) of those involved.
