I get palpitations when I look at tax forms - so I take smelling salts and take the forms to my accountant, who says he knows how to do all that stuff...

Once upon a time we didn't get 24/7 news so we didn't hear all the disasters and life was more peaceful...for me anyway.
I am spoiled. I have two guys who get my taxes ready for the accountants. Son in Australia and Wiley John here.

I went to an accountant this year
to get the taxes prepared, and waited last Tuesday and Wednesday for the call that they were ready to be sent onward to Charlie's dad in Seattle... still filing jointly. I waited through Thursday... called on Friday to get the recording that even during taxes week, they are open Monday through Thursday. What the heck...? Who pays the penalties for lateness if the accountant doesn't get the job done timely?

I knocked out my taxes last month. TurboTax has done me good over the years...The weather has been something as of late. No April showers in a while.
