Ahem...! Speaking as a mother-in-law, I hope to be the exception to that 'always.'

Re:
Yes a nice little garden Kabu and all conveniences. Sadly a detached is bungalow is at least another £100,000 . Oxford is the most expensive place, a semi
near the center; £600, 000 they are turned into flats, I guess one has to go up North to get sensible prices. It is no advantage to anyone if they have to buy again.

Re:
Yes thank you Ciel , Inlaws are always a pain, but I think I would stick it rather than pay £1000 a week for decent care,

Yes I expect so Pat. The trouble is no one moves until it is nearly too late, we are all the same.

Re: CCT
No he has not sold it yet Naut, but he keeps locking himself in and Archie is becoming stressed as he lives about 5 miles away and it is in a small village.

Re:Taps
Yes Taps i don't mind if they pay to view but I don't like to think that they can read things that may concern them for free. It is most embarrassing

I think that is a good idea--rearranging the order of parts in your posts.
It definitely caught my attention.

I first got caught in the poem, but then I was wondering why the FIL sold his land before finding a new place! I guess now Archie will have to put him up...

Wistful poem. I've been in that mood too, for some reason.
I hope the FIL gets a nearby place they can all like. Real estate buying and selling is a tricky business for the elders.

That is a lot of pounds for a Bungalow...do they have a back yard? They want one of those tiny houses for him so he is independent but close.
