Well, I've known of Sups who said they didn't know about it but... No matter what, they should handle it for you and have it all ready to go! Like you said, sound like none of 'em know what they're doing.

what a mess. stpolen carts or someone just decided they needed them and removed them b ut the Supervisor should be sorting it out. He shouldn't be expecting you to do that. Is it really 7 years since you retired from the phone Co. Boy time flies. it goes by just way too quickly.
