Well I don't know what gelato is Pat, but all ice creams seem a bit bland to me. I expect you remember when they were served straight from the machine and melted in one's mouth just like real cream. They do seem to be taking an interest in your book, from what I have read most authors have had to suffer rejection slips until they hit a good spot.

I much prefer gelato to ice cream! Even better: granita di limone or granita di fragola - in summer there's nothing better...
