re your comment at my post...no way is my precious son going to sail a couple of planks a bit of canvas and a flimsy piece of material flapping on a polel across that very difficult sea. That is the area and further East than those big maxi yatchs get into trouble in when they race the Sydney to Hobart big race. And don't remind me he is 47...he's still ...well y' know mothers. LOL.
I know that you would love to have been there with the guys.
