I expect you are right Naut . Sadly groups can move quickly and reek damage almost anywhere if they do not mind losing the lives of supporters.

The only answer is ground situated military to firstly OBLITERATE ISIS and then to simply outlaw Islam in all countries except a desert where Muslims can practice the later centuries of Islam in peace and leave us in peace.
