Nope, no racecars and mart carts don't need a test ;) However if you're not elderly or have some other difficulity with getting around or you're an employ then you aren't aloud to use them.

Racing Goats EJ. We don't like going over 30 mph. I do remember an old car I had once, I was trying to overtake a lorry and it would not go any faster and then a bus came tanking towards me.

i have a Canadian drivers licence...i am good at driving right or left hand drive vehicles in the appropriate country, well sometimes i get it right.

Yes very funny do you drive racing cars?
Never heard of those contraptions EJ . You see we use carts that are pulled by goats usually and if they won't move we have to hold a carrot on the end of a string of course.
Of course I enjoy hearing ,well not hearing but reading of other people's lives. I expect you get all the free offers. Be careful driving I hope you have passed a test?

Wiley likes to use the cart when he is in Home depot which is very large to walk around and his legs are not so steady. He is really funny driving like a kid at an amusement park.
