Avocados are like cilantro in that you either love them, or you don't like them at all. Get the two together with a little lime juice and spread it on toasted whole grain bread, sprinkle with black pepper, and you really have a treat.

I'm not an avocado fan but the rest sounds good..:)
Love French toast too; always wanting to try new variations on it. I agree about Facebook; not everyone is redundant but so many are indeed..

I love avocado, but can't seem to keep it from going brown before
I can eat it unless I turn it into Guac and salt it with lime juice and pack it airtight. But I do love it on toast or sliced on a sandwich in lieu of lettuce.

It does sound good. Almost like a hummus, but with hazelnuts. I'll bet you could use cashews or almonds also. Avacado toast? Call me dumb, but does that mean the avacado goes on a piece of toast? LOL! Like a butter spread. I have taken avacado, lemon, salt, and processed it into a spread. Vegans use it like mayo! Not quite as tasty though...
