Well I would pick you up RP even if you were muddy. I had to pick a young lady up she was squatting in a doorway after picking up her purse and did not have the strength to stand up again. I think we must assume that Bill is a do gooder and we are fastidious .

LOL! I didn't say I would pick up trash. I would be either one; the troublemaker or the do-gooder, depending on the situation! Like you, right? Still lol.

Well I wouldn't pick up trash Bill. I would put an injured bird out of its misery. I would pick up a plastic bag in case a child picked it up and put it over its head and suffocated .I do pick up trash outside my premises, but I use a long handled snipper snapper. I would pick up nails or screws in case they punctured someones tire and caused an accident. I would pick up young ladies if they had slipped up if you want further information please send a trained pigeon I don't want them messing on my window sill. I would say I am a half do gooder.

Then it's simple, they would be troublemakers (our hint: you tell us you are referring to 'obnoxious people.' LOL.)! A do-gooder would pick up the trash!
Now in a different set of circumstances... Oh, this is fun!
