Congrats to you! Stay with it and you will notice the improvement sooner than you think. Every 20 minutes, get up and move, is another tip that some use.

Fabulous! I just wish you'd keep it up - you know of course they're good for you and will make you feel younger in no time! I'll give you a little tip that has helped me in the past - draw up a schedule for each day with little boxes where you fill in the number of times you have performed each of the exercises you want to do, and leave it in a prominent place, for example on the fridge. Empty boxes that demand to be filled can be a powerful incentive, and after a while you won't even need them any more...
