The theory is that sooner or later I will buy a house somewhere or other. But now I have gotten distracted by the Rambling Rose, so that will not be soon. I have been muttering about it for a few weeks, though.

Yes, they are slower but surer shredders, and composting is exactly what I have in mind. The removed litter goes into paper grocery bags, and by the way, also is loaded with the seeds they didn't eat. I figure I can compost and plant the garden all at once.

Lovely view you will miss it when you move. Your little pets could make shredding machines redundant. Be sure and compost the litter.
