My very best friend has fibro. She has meds. Very difficult thing. My mother may also have suffered from it many years ago.

This does not sound like you. You must be deeling really down.
All I can suggest is gentle massage and green leaf tea and perhaps a fish and vegetable diet. I am sending as much positive energy as I can. Love & hugs. Hold tight to those who love you and who need you as much as you love and need them.
