Spring will come - to you sooner than to us, LOL; your stiff neck will be no more than a distant memory, and you'll be walking in the grounds of that beautiful and alluring K.C. Museum of Arts and Sciences under the blossoms...The more I find out about your city, the more I think one of these days I'll take a trip down there...

Having said that, I should add: "Traffic congestion and cold winters put Toronto slightly behind Vancouver in a global ranking of the cities with the highest quality of life, an annual survey by Mercer found. But both cities scored in the top 20 most livable cities in the world, ranking ahead of such major centres as New York, Paris and London, Mercer’s 2016 Quality of Life Survey found." Well lets face it Taps Grandmothers once sat in a rocking chair in front of a fire even in the summer. Now they dance around like twenty year olds, Well they only look twenty years old to me. So it is no wonder now and agin one has to pay a small price for taking such a liberty.

when I think a resident masseuse would be ideal.

I think time under a sun lamp to warm the back of the neck, etc.

would also offer a little light therapy to brighten the mood. I hope your neck and etc. feels 100% better by the time you read the comments... Maybe a little nap would help.
