Animals will turn on a slightly different example of their own kind. For humans to do the same is truly wicked. The mayor was well loved.

My eyes welled up reading this story. My heart aches always for those who have disabilities, hidden or otherwise, and for cruelty inflicted upon gentle souls, or any souls for that matter! This should be a great batch of inspirational reading. Thank you!
