I used to love the decadent deliciousness of the barbecued--we called it candied chicken, it really wasn't meal food!

It has been a while since I have had KFC. The ones near my residence went out of business, and that was the sort of place I only went to for a feast, not say a regular fast food lunch or dinner.

Oh, yes, KFC tastes so good in all its greasy glory....
For some reason I haven't eaten it for a couple years. I think it has to do with the flour coating being dangerous for gluten-sensitive tummies. But I've got a hankering for it now, thanks... I'm glad he loved it!

Well Taps as delicious as you make it sound and my brother sometimes has his lunch with me and scrunches little chick bits. Somehow somewhere in the back of my mind a few thousand chickens look me in the eye. Yes I was A poultry farmer once, I often wonder why.

What a neat thing to do! And, like Krisles, I too am suddenly craving some, although it's the middle of the night - but there will be a tomorrow...I haven't had any im years and years and years - it'll be a rediscovery...But, unlike Krisles and RP, I'll have mine with pepper, LOL...

I hate pepper, too! Wow, there are hardly any people like that! Must be a common gene somewhere... I must amend that about hating pepper; it hates me! I am sooo sensitive to even black pepper sprinkles that it will burn my mouth for a half an hour at least if there is hardly any in my food! I will use it when cooking for others, though.

What a hoot! And I immediately started craving some KFC! Only I like the extra crispy.... until they came out with that, I was a Church's gal. I hate pepper and they put too much pepper in the original recipe for my taste. Dang it! We don't have a KFC closer than 40 miles and I'm not THAT hungry. That was such a sweet and clever thing....so typical of you.
