I always wonder which comes first when I see these situations - the special child or the special parent(s). Either way, it's easy to see that the blessings overflow with the love Phil shares with all of you. Happy Birthday! And, thanks to you and Stephen for sharing good news with us.

A comment from Phil's Dad, Son Stephen. He knows that an awful lot of Blogit members have kept up on Phil through the years I have been here.

I'm so thankful to have Phil, and I'm filled with pride and joy when he's happy and playful (which is practically all the time).
