I don't need proof about God. Knowing God is about Faith and either a person has faith or they don't. It is not my place to judge them; I enjoyed this read, well put together, and I am looking for that perfect cube rock. LOL

Good read for those who dismiss God offhand. It is indeed very important to define God before pursueing Him. I spoke once with an athiest who challenged the existence of God in an internet comment strand. After brief participation and hearing words of other athiests I think that their own statement, "There is no God" is not a truly accurate representation of what they beleive. They have a god, or a series of gods depending on the individuel. The god of science, or the god of human intelect. This is not God, but many rally around these concepts with similar religious zeal to that which they condemn in those of Christian faith. A more accurate statement of what they represent would probably be, "Man is his own god" or "God is whatever you make him to be."

All of this, made possible by avoiding the true definition to begin with. My, my I've carried on. Sorry about that. Your post was, needless to say, thought provoking.
