I commented yesterday but the post seems to have gone wherever lost socks go! It does sound as though you were having one of those magical times when you know it is going to be something you will remember for the rest of your life, even as you are experiencing it, making it even that much more enjoyable!

Well that has to be a scientist's way of thinking or we would never enjoy the improvements in most things. Of course you were used to the call of the sea, we landlubbers eye a rock pool with suspicion.
