Re: Naut

It's a sunny one today but not warm enough to melt the snow and ice off of the car, and tomorrow is predicted another snow following an ice.  I was scheduled to go out to Liberty, MO tomorrow.  I thing I just might back out of it.

The sun comes out reading your Haiku love.

Your haiku nudged my brain.

"The north wind doth blow, and we shall have snow,
and what will the robin do then, poor thing?
He'll sit in the barn to keep himself warm
and hide his head under his wing, poor thing."

I don't remember the poet's name, but the verse remains in memory.
