Oh goodness.  One or the other is tough to deal with alone.  The thing with many people who experience bipolar is they tend to stop taking their meds when they are feeling great...my heart goes out to you

thank you, yes that is true because of the shortage of jobs supervisors figure you need your job and so they treat people like crap

I guess it is going to be tough for your daughter, but if she has your spirit she will manage somehow. Re., the workplace not many folk are happy with their jobs here.

I expect a lot get bullied and feel they can do nothing about the problem.

Here is to wishing your son-in-law all the best. I am glad that they were able to find some answers there...Hopefully, that supervisor's issues will be addressed.

Well at least you got a decent respons.  I guess you will be seeing if it works or not as time goes on.  Wishing your son-in-law and family well.

I'm glad you spoke up to the supervisor. Kudos for that! And thank God for meds for your son-in-law. He should stabilize well.

I am glad that SIL is back home and perhaps over time he will be able to cut back his medications and get back to work. a tough time for you all...and well done re the job. Just shows it pays to speak up.
