that sauce souunds divine and I hate wasting too but I don't really waste anything for the animals get to eat what is too old or rotten for us. I think a Racoon would thrive on plastic dipped in meat juice. LOL
Cheesecake is my downfall.

Well that is really useful Pat . My brother who incidentally does not live with me but does the cooking just throws anything out if it does not look perfect. I don't know why unless it was that he had to buy his meat near the pet's section when he was a student.
