It is quite disheartening to hear what is kept from. But it's also important to be on top of what's really going on. Thanks for sharing.

The Swiss general is spot on with his assessment. Sadly, there are not too many who share his views.

I read today that Angela Merkle is involved, distressed, people may be deported. I am believing in my heart that she has common sense and that she also knows her people. The German people are not known throughout history for being benign towards minority groups and a million people coming into their country in one year well that is a huge minority group. and there is a down turn in jobs and finacial shifts. So many reasons to make sure these incidents don't go unpunished.

Of course, one must watch the BBC and even read Australian news to find out more.

I am also confident that the Swiss will survive intact,  but not so much the rest of Europe.  I fear that the underlying moral philosophies will control,  as they always do,  if left unchallenged.

The basic moral philosophy of Christianity and of secular liberal humanism is PACIFIST,  turning the other cheek and loving your enemy and all that.  The basic philosophy of Islam is PREDATORY,  eating pacifists for breakfast.  Islam will win,  unless enough people in both Christianity and Islam break out of the mold of their religion's basic moral teachings.  I have been describing this general situation in my blogs about the first three centuries of the opposing religions, and their diametrically opposed views of love.

If anything,  the situation is even more dire and forboding than Nautikos is reporting,  and he is doing an excellent job of it.
