Interesting. A pity that history doesn't always work in languages favor. Once a word becomes a curse, it's hard to use it clean confidently. Personally, I call it word abuse, or even murder. Same goes for names. I mean it would be hard to picture a character named Nero to be a kind and gentle sort. Like I said, interesting and most informative.

How nice to think our most traditional gesture while driving in

traffic has a dignified and respectable history.  Now I'm beginning to wonder if those lunkhead other drivers deserve such a well-founded and historic salute.

George and I enjoyed our History lesson. This is so funny and of course whether or not it is true, which I think it must be, it is a good explaination.
