WOW! Paying off a mortgage in record time is what I'd say!! Must be nice and ou should be really proud of yourself! Owning your own home is a big part of the American dream so you can check that one off....now it's maintenance, maintenance...but, at least you know how to deal with the landlord! LOL!

well Congratulations in paying your morgage off so quickly. You must have kept yourself to a very tight schedule. And restuarant gift certificates are great.
