- Go to At Sea – again…II
It's even better the second time. When I was about 12 or 13, I read the Howard Pease books beginning with The Jinx Ship. I got so caught up in them that I read every one that our school library had. The closest I ever got to such an adventure was a summer canoe trip, salmon fishing boat off of the Oregon coast, and a Carribbean cruise. I got horribly seasick on all three and gave up on water, except for drinking and washing.

Well, I'm glad I got back on dry land myself from the Dallas area just in time for another installment! And, the devil makes me say that I'm not all that sorry you have the Feds to deal with since you tried to slip some Science in on me at the start of a promised Sea post! (naughty, naughty) This is ever so much more fun...healthier, too - fresh air, all that sunshine...out of musty classrooms. Just keep the sharks away...okay? Please..... no sharks

I love this and remember from before but have wanted to read again. The adventures that you have undertaken away from University life are what make you such a great mate in my opinion. You experinece the real World we mere mortals have to inhabit. LOL.
Please keep it coming.

I don'tv quite understand what Feds are Naut are they part of government or police, council or whatever. Sorry I'll never eat a squid even if they are delicious, I remember you cutting them up on a slippery deck. I am sure there are many things you missed telling your fans. Although when I looked back and saw that Kabu once had 30 comments one is now lucky to get 5. I advise to make it juicy and as sexy as possible.

The bureucratic side can be such a pain. I am thankful that I work in a Mom and Pop business. Certainly, the bureaucracy comes in as an outside force, but at least it is a once in a while thing.
