I guess if we were honest we could all do with losing a pound or two or three

That is great how she has been able to get herself to get so healthy. That seems to be a challenge for a lot of people these days.

I saw those two ladies who did that cook book. It is interesting to hear someone who has eaten it and likes it. I would love loosing weight.

This is truly a 'Christmas Miracle', LOL! I have never, ever before heard of anyone losing weight over Christmas! And, in accordance with the normal state of affairs, I have gained of course...

wish she would come here, bringing you of course and maybe i could lose some of what is getting out of control on myself.
but so glad you had a lovely time and enjoyed the little ones so much and no my son refuses to see me as anything but aged in my 40's and it isn't easy to keep up.

Wow! Sounds like the big gift (other than just having the family there) was having someone cook beautifully and inspire you (not to mention losing 11 pounds over the holiday). Twice Merry!
