I think for use in restricted places Bill, Some one is going to get knocked over and break a hip and not recover. Then they will be an uproar and invalid scooters will probably be subject to a test. One old chap passes here on the same side of the road each time.

I am not familiar with hoverboards enough to say.

I am inclined to believe, though, there should be some restrictions in place. It doesn't make sense to me to have bicyclists going on forty mile an hour roads.

As far as an age goes for bicyclists, I feel that kids should not be allowed to bike outside of residential areas.

I don't think you should need a licence but one should have to wear a helmet and mouth guard.
