My mom had renters...she never asked for security or last month rent...they always trashed the place and then moved out after months of not paying rent...sigh

actually people who lean heavily aren't friends at all. A lesson I once had to learn. Charlie will too. But hey it's lovely to be reading you and there was such a wonderful surprise for me when I got home. I am just touched, almost to tears.

Well that's it Ceil Charlie has to toughen up on his mates. Probably a good choice the carpenter, I have noticed electric fires that are supposed to look really authentic, best to go and look at them in action. No I don't like the one you have got either. You can't make a silk purse etc.
