Of course you get ideas, details, etc. from other sources and write posts here about them. That's not just cut&paste, which is only a mechanical/technical function, and does not require the input of your own thought. I love to read your posts, which may included borrowed bits, but are always served up here with a generous portion of your original ideas.

Well Pat I do try and post live, anyway I don't know how to rip pictures from FB. I suppose some must like them. It is your blog and you can make the rules. I suppose in defence of whoever, they may not have the capacity for interesting writing that you have.

Or feel rather shy putting forward ideas or linking into current thinking.I'd better shut up.

Not too long ago you mentioned that you could not now save the pictures on Facebook of your grandchildren.  After experimenting, I have found that you can if you don't mind going around RobinHood's barn.  You have to click on the picture so it makes the big one and you can copy that and send it to yourself as an email.  Then on your received email, you can click on that copy and save to your computer, or send it on to anyone you wish to show how beautiful are your great-grandbabies.  Just saying.  LOL

Pat

I know what you mean and fully understand. However, and as you may have noticed (or not, LOL) in one of my blogs I do use a lot of material from other sources (always citing them!) to illustrate a point! My aim there is not to display myself, but to inform, to make a reluctant audience see the truth, uncomfortable as it may be...
