I saw this earlier today; the soldier is very enlightened and evolved

in his mind and spirit.  Thank you for sharing and btw, the Old Testament is full of God-driven rage and violence toward any and all who do not obey. There are many fundamentalist Christians who pay way more attention to the Old T. than they do the New..

Of course I feel sorry for this soldier. But it's clear that neither he nor many others have thought it through, largely because of ignorance. No other religion demands of its adherents to commit terrible crimes against those who don't believe in its message; such as "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them." (8:12)

And that's just one example! Not all Muslims act accordingly, but too many do...

Enough said...
