You're absolutely right about don't ask if you don't want to hear the answer. What interests me about the whole story is that you both gave him a seven, but one thinking it was a good assignment - which I think a seven is line with, personally; and then Andrew also gives him a seven, but to him a seven means it wasn't beneficial? Sounds to me like they both need to talk to someone about the meaning of passive/aggressive as they give beautiful demonstrations of the tendency, in different ways! LOL!

Well I suppose you can't please everyone. I doubt if any of the assessments were really honest. One must have been biased, it should have been anonymously assessed..
