awww thanks adnohr....it doesn't matter when you celebrate ... the point is to celebrate or give gratitude at least once a year for all that one has in one's life...friends, family etc.

As do we all, Justi, if we take that moment to stop
and appreciate what we have. I am sure many are grateful for the comfort brought to them by both you and George on a daily basis, not just on special holidays.

I agree on both counts, Naut!
Maybe we should start the new fad! I'm sure many would want to join us!

Well, CCT
Adopt one from us! Personally, I like the American date better than the Candian date in October, but a feast is a feast, so take your pick!

Thank you! Two celebrtions sounds like a good idea...with joint celebration across the border....or maybe, one l-o-n-g celebrtion! Yeah, I like that idea the best. There's so much crappola going on, let's start finding lots of things to be grateful for and making it THE celebration we all focus on, maybe that really will be - like Oprah has been telling us for years - the thing that will change the world.

Someone yesterday said every day should be thanksgiving,
and I think she was right - at least about the gratitude part. Maybe not the gluttony end of the celebration every day or I'd have to hire a carpenter to widen all my doors.

You may have celebrated Thanksgiving a month or so ago, but you surely do seem like family here. I do love you, Sweetie.
