You're not alone
I too was struck with a chronic conditon. Never sick. One day I tipped over with pneumonia that pretty much drowned my lungs. To make matters worse' a doctor i had seen reassured me that the hard lymphnode on my neck was nothing.Only to find out a month later I had developed stage 2 Mediastinal lymphoma non hodgekin cancer.

Obviously you feel better now or you would not be writing on here. It must have been awful, all I can think is that you were stricken with several different maladies in one hit.
I mean you may not feel top of the morning, but hopefully writing about it might help somehow.

I cannot imagine living with a mysterious illness like that. My heart goes out to you for having to experience something like that.
