Well I really liked my last cat Naut because she just ignored birds. I don't think it was natural, but due to a bump with a car. You do seem to dig deeply into the being of animals touching or discovering mind or spirit. I know the feeling of death of a pet it is intangible.

I find cats to be very interesting to watch as well. The auto mechanic behind Location C has a few of them, and I like seeing their daily lives in action...It will be interesting to see what the cat does next.

We don't own a cat. It allows us to share its space as long as we behave.

Your post today is absolutely delicious!

Oh I am so sorry you lost your cat. Cats are amazing characters. They are far more independent than dogs but very loving. I think I remember her. She drank from the kitchen faucet and you took a wonderful photo and shared with us. I bet there are lots of stories on that desk, keep sharing.

Oh, I'm so glad you are working on this project and hope  you will keep posting gems like this!  I am an inveterate cat watcher with years devoted to the art.  The most fun I've had with it is watching my two cats absorbing my mom's two cats....it's a confusing situation....her cats think they were in the space first, but my cats had the human first and may remember that they were even in the space first!  Domination spats flow back and forth...it's hysterical and highly entertaining.

Any cat owner will identify with this post, Naut. They are fascinating creatures, the kitties!
