Well, BC, I try and avoid it whenever possible. But when it does happen, I usually say things like "Oh, my dear, have you met my long-lost sister? And this is our dear cousin, my darling Sis...," or things to that effect. Over time and with a lot of practice it works really well, and I'm successful more often than not...
