I hope you did not doze off at the end Naut. You do seem to be pushing your way through places that most have given up on. I know you are an experienced driver fortunately. Grand scenery to remember.

Driving through the snow is quite the challenge. I have done it a few time, nothing more than ten inches, though. You are leaving us with a great cliffhanger.

What a wonderful write.  It definitely held my attention completely and I am looking forward to the next part.

Nautikos

You are such a gifted writer I loved the description of your drive.....I felt as though I held the wheel in my own hands and looked through the windshield myself.  But, I'm very confused about something....I probably just missed it.  I was waiting for you to share memories of La Pocatiere, assuming that is a place?  But it was never mentioned again?  And, I thought it would be....well, I'm just confused...but, that's not unusual...

I absolutely love your writing. I do not believe your last sentence or I would be in a panic for you. Instead as I said you write so well I could see you driving down the road talking into a recorder of some sort making the scenes come alive as you went. You are a treasure.Be safe.
