I feel that Krisles is spot on with her assessment.

Freedom of Speech has never been confusing to me....it's defined in the words, period.  We give people the freedom to say what they want in this country, but that doesn't take away the freedom of others to have a response to what they say and to react according to that response.  Tarantino was perfectly within his rights to get up there and state his opinion, and any cops (and the rest of us) who feel he was wrong to do so and want to demonstrate to him how wrong we feel he was by staying away from his movies and perhaps exerting some economic pressure on him....and, perhaps the folks around him who might exert pressure on him to think about his actions - those are called consequences....something mature people have to think about when they exercise the freedom of speech in public and know they are being listened to for the weight their opinion will carry.  Tarantino is acting like he was exercising freedom of speech in a vacuum like some innocent little guy on the corner...poor child needs to grow up.  I'm really sick of liberals crying about free speech when it bites them in the butt.

I have strong views of Freedom of speech. Freedom should be a right not a priveledge but not a right that hurts my neighbor. So I must have empathy but not ridiculous harmful laws.
