I never learn my lesson re: losing my most perfect posts. I just keep writing right on Blogit and fussing at myself for doing it. But, it seems to be the way I have to do it. I've tried it Naut's way and I just can't think of a thing to say unless I'm "live".

my mom grew up on a farm...she said if they didn't raise or grow it...they didn't get to eat it...sugar was rarely had in their house

Well very interesting Pat if you did get top sliced. One does not think of shortages in your country, but I suppose it was a different world in those days.

Blogit needs an overhaul...I mean even the emoticons are ancient.
Everyone should be able to add pictures and on.
I love the thought of a Dad with a shady job, glad he wasn't my Dad but it is a bit of color.

A very interesting exercise, and rearding for everyone, I'm sure...Oh, and I no longer give Blogit a chance to send the bits I produce into oblivion - I write in Word, and then copy and 'paste', LOL...
