I tried and tried to like mayo made with olive oil....yuck! Couldn't do it! But with real mayo?..... Yep! I'd love your concoction, too! It's funny, because I only cook with olive oil, and I love olive oil for dipping....but in mayo I absolutely loathed it! I love, love, love mayo, though....so, I've just cut way down on how much I use and how often.

Sounds good to me. After the Chiefs game with Phil and Son I made leftover baked acorn squash and baked sweet potato pieces into a very tasty thick shake with the help of some cold milk.
