Yes it is the same here K. I can never remember what it was I did, but it reminds me.
I do hope your man wears a mask when he is doing dusty jobs also yourself.
Dust really is a killer and a lot of the old paint was lead based. Of course like everyone else years since we did not give a hoot and a good many of those hoot no longer. The birds do not seem to want any food here at present only the little blue-tits, I think there
must be ample around in natural resources.

I've experienced pinched nerves. I recovered from stiffness in my thighs. The muscles hurt as your body warms up active.

Really sorry to hear about your bursitis problems! Having on occasion suffered them myself, I know how debilitating they can be. But I hope there's a lesson you'll learn from all this, one I also had to learn the hard way - always follow doctors' orders! Even if they don't know everything (and they certainly don't!), they do know more than you and I! Unless you have studied medicine, of course...My many hours of looking after a medical library as a student don't count - too many distractions from nurses, LOL...

Arrghh...sorry to hear about the bursitis visit.
Ah, Kris-Sis,nothing like these little reminders not to over do it -- a couple of years ago my Beloved and I got the greenlight to clean up the jungle next door. The next night I couldn't straighten out my leg and it stayed that way for two weeks. The difference is, go-getters like you and my Beloved see this as a problem, where as I tend to look at it as a painful, albeit useful, get out of jail free card....Take care, hope this goes away soon!

How lovely to get your belongings back with you where you have decided that you will be making home base.
I still have things in Australia at my Sisters but every year I bring something back here and have much around me that I love.
What is left, I have already started giving away to son and Grandchildren.
